WSET Level 1 Award in Wines

A beginner level introduction to wine.  

Perfect for consumers looking for an introduction to wine who have no previous wine knowledge. You'll learn about the main types and styles of wine through sight, smell, and taste while also gaining the basic skills to describe wines accurately. You will also explore the principals of food and wine pairing. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.

 

WSET Level 2 Award in Wines

A beginner to intermediate level qualification exploring wines for those working in the industry or wine enthusiasts.

Designed for individuals seeking a core understanding of wines, both professionals in hospitality, retail and wholesale industries as well as enthusiasts interested in learning about wines. You'll learn about how to taste and describe wine using the WSET Level 2 Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine (SAT). Learn how environmental factors, grape-growing, winemaking and maturation options influence the style and quality of wines made from eight principal grape varieties. Experience the principals of food and wine pairing. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate, lapel pin, and will be able to use the associated WSET certified logo.

 

WSET Level 3 Award in Wines

An advanced level qualification for professionals working in the wine industry and for wine enthusiasts.

Advanced level course developed for professionals in hospitality, retail and wholesale industries desiring more in-depth knowledge in wine. Also, for the wine enthusiast and collector seeking to delve deeper into the world of wines. This course provides a detailed understanding of grape growing and wine making. Upon completion you will be able to assess wines accurately and use your understanding to confidently explain wine style and quality. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate, lapel pin, and will be able to use the associated WSET certified logo.
